Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VocalTune, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

VocalTune is a mobile application that allows you to apply vocal tuning effects to videos. The App includes features for:

• Applying pitch correction to vocals in videos
• Recording new vocals
• Applying audio effects (reverb, compression)

User Content

Your Responsibility

You retain all rights to the videos and audio you create, record, or process using VocalTune. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to use any content you process
• Complying with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
• Any content you share publicly after processing

No Claim to Your Content

We do not claim any ownership of your videos or audio. All processed content remains yours.

Refunds

For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through your purchase history. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.

Third-Party Services

Apple Services

Purchases are processed by Apple. Your use of purchases is subject to Apple’s Terms of Service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Process content that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App to create content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Circumvent any technical limitations or access controls

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding your user content), is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the App will be accurate
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Loss of goodwill
• Device damage

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
